About me
I never imagined I’d be the kind of woman who struggled to get off the floor—until one day, I was. In my early 40s, I started to notice little things: I couldn’t walk confidently in heels and uneven footpaths left me unsteady. I didn’t feel old, but I did feel... frailer. At the same time, I was diagnosed with depression. It was like living in a dark, cold tunnel—no joy, no light, no end in sight.
Everything changed when a friend suggested I try strength training. With two small kids and no time to spare, I started small—just 10 minutes a few times a week. And it worked. Slowly but surely, I started to feel stronger.
But the biggest surprise was what it did for my mental health. As my body grew stronger, so did my mind. I felt more resilient, more capable, and more like me. Now, I help menopausal women experience the same transformation. My mission is to show you that feeling strong, confident, and in control of your body and mind is possible—no matter your age or schedule.
